Day 01 - Airport - Kandy (Approx. 105 Kilometers)

On arrival transfer to Kandy. (Approx. 04 hrs. drive)

Check in to hotel.

Kandy is a major city located in the Central Province, Sri Lanka. It was the last capital of the ancient kings’ era of Sri Lanka. The city lies in the midst of hills in the Kandy plateau, which crosses an area of tropical plantations, mainly tea. Kandy is both an administrative and religious city and is also the capital of the Central Province. Kandy is the home of The Temple of the Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa), one of the most sacred places of worship in the Buddhist world. It was declared a world heritage site by UNESCO in 1988.

Day 02 - Kandy - Sightseeing (Approx. 30 kilometers including Sightseeing)

After Breakfast Optional excursion to the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya & Optional excursion to tea plantation and a tea factory. 

P.M – Later Afternoon Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. Also known as Sri Dalada Maligawa, this golden roofed Temple houses the relic of Lord Buddha’s tooth. And visit Kandy View Point, walk around Kandy Lake and shopping excursion. In the evening you can enjoy an entertaining Kandyan cultural dance.
Overnight at the same hotel in Kandy.

Day 03 - Kandy- Matale - Sigiriya (Approx. 90 Kilometers)

After breakfast proceed to Sigiriya. En –route to Sigiriya visiting Spice garden.

Spice Garden, you will be introduced to different spices and shown how some of these spices are grown and processed.
Next we visit the Dambulla Cave Temple.

Dambulla – one of UNESO World Heritage Site, is the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. The rock towers 160 m over the surrounding plains. There are more than 80 documented caves in the surrounding area. Major attractions are spread over five caves, which contain statues and paintings. There are a total of 153 Buddha statues, three statues of Sri Lankan kings and four statues of gods and goddesses. 

P.M –Late Afternoon you will be visit at the Sigiriya Lion Rock which you will climb to reach the Sigiriya Rock Fortress.

Sigiriya is a one of UNESCO listed World Heritage Site for its best preserved ancient urban planning. The name refers to a site of historical and archaeological significance that is dominated by a massive column of rock nearly 200 meters (660 ft.) high. 

Thereafter return to Hotel in Kandy.

Day 04 - Kandy - Nuwaraeliya (Approx. 80 Kilometers)

After breakfast all leave for Nuwara Eliya via Gampola and Ramboda.

On the way discover the view of Tea bush view point and clime the Ramboda waterfalls. You will go through Nuwara Eliya where you will stop at the tea plantation and a tea factory on the way. 

Nuwaraeliya is the heart of Sri Lankan hill country. It Is the home of the famous Ceylon Tea and the rolling mountains are a carpet of velvety green tea plantations,interspersed with gusbing streams and tumbling waterfalls.The salubrious climate,misty glens and the decidedly British character make Nuwaraeliya a must on any Sri Lankan travel itinerary. 

Late Evening, we will be visiting the Gregory Lake. This was built in 1873 and is the most prominent attraction in Nuwaraeliya. Visitors come here to spend some time by the lake and relax. This place is famous for its water sports activities.

Thereafter return back to Hotel in Kandy.

Day 05 - Kandy - Airport (Approx. 105 Kilometers)

After breakfast at the hotel on your final day you will be dropped off at the Bandaranayake International Airport / any location you want us to drop off you, concluding the end of the tour.
